Qoute from Runner’s World.com - Keep your running fun
Have fun on the run
To maintain consistency in training, you have to have fun when you run. Do this by scheduling one fun run every week, on which you keep the pace easy, with the emphasis on enjoyment. For example, drive to a beautiful park where you haven't run before. Along with your weekly fun run, try injecting a little whimsy into every run.
